You must register before booking a hotel room. After registering, you will receive an email with a link to book a hotel room.
Registration will open on 9 a.m. on March 1. To take advantage of the early bird rate of $250 per person, you must register by May 13.
Only elected officials will be allowed to book a hotel room at the Amarillo Courtyard, Barfield, Embassy Suites, or Four points Hotels on March 1. Non-elected officials who book a room at any of the four hotels, on this day will have their hotel reservation cancelled. Hotel reservations for non-elected officials will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3.
