This series of practical workshops, developed by the Texas Association of Counties and the V.G. Young Institute of County Government, is designed to provide an in-depth and concentrated learning experience on the key issues associated with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Each workshop will provide an in-depth look at budgeting related to the ARPA funds, coordinating with other entities and bidding / purchasing requirements.
