Registration will open on 9 a.m. on March 1. To take advantage of the early bird rate of $250 per person, you must register by May 15.

Only elected officials will be allowed to book a hotel room at the Renaissance Hotel on March 1. Non-elected officials who book a room at the Omni Hotel and Holiday Inn, host hotels, on this day will have their hotel reservation cancelled. Hotel reservations for non-elected officials will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3.
